HOW IT WORKS?
A 1:1 coaching relationship typically begins with a personal interview to assess the individual's or business‘s current opportunities and challenges, define the scope of the relationship, identify priorities for action and establish specific desired outcomes.
Subsequent coaching sessions may be conducted in person or over the telephone, with each session lasting a previously established length of time. Between scheduled coaching sessions, the individual may be asked to complete specific actions that support the achievement of one's personally prioritized goals. The coach may provide additional resources in the form of relevant articles, checklists, assessments or models to support the individual's or business' thinking and actions.
We recommend the use of an assessment tool to identify strengths and gaps ( ex: StrengthsFinder, DISC, 360-degree feedback…).
The duration of the coaching relationship varies depending on needs and preferences with a recommended minimum of 3 months

This package is an excellent opportunity to experience coaching before you commit long term. This is a good way to see what benefit you can get from coaching.
"ENERGISING" COACHING SESSION

Structure: This is a one-off session, during which I will guide you to:

Identify challenges that limit your potential/you from reaching your objective

Focus on yourself and what you want and need to reach your goal

Define strategies that make sense to YOU in order to reach your objective.

This session will help you to feel energised and define concrete actions to reach your goal.
"MOTIVATION" PACKAGE (10 SESSIONS)

1 DISCOVERY session of 120 minutes ( including a tool, ex: MBTI)

2 additional sessions per month of 1 hour each (or 8 additional sessions of 90 min every 3 weeks )

Duration: 6-9 months

==> Investment: 1 650 EUR - 14 heures de coaching
For a successful and sustainable change, 8-10 sessions are usually required.
This package will allow you to build a solid foundation for the change you want to achieve.
