our philosophy of coaching

Coaching is a form of support focused on developing responsibility and autonomy.

Fundamentally, the purpose of coaching is to enable anyone to ‘give their best’ in their environment.

Our coaching philosophy aims to support the coachee in: 

  • Sharpen interaction analysis

A coach provide strategic insights into system dynamics, enabling a clearer understanding of organizational constraints and operational paradoxes. A coach support individuals in identifying available levers and refining their decision‑making and actions.

  • Step into full leadership ownership

Grounded in humanistic psychology, our approach strengthens alignment between intentions and behaviors, unlocking creativity and performance potential. It equips individuals to mobilize their resources and convert personal drivers into tangible levers for professional growth.

  • Drive purposeful action

Drawing on Timothy Gallwey’s Inner Game methodology and the Socratic approach, our coaching helps leaders remove internal barriers and build sustainable autonomy. It fosters consistent progress supported by exploration, accountability, and intentional action.

FEW EXAMPLES OF COACHINg: 

DEEP coaching – 8 to 10 sessions of 2 hours

Challenges: Deepen skills, work on long-term goals, and enable a gradual and sustainable transformation.

Examples of objectives that can be addressed: 

Support for taking up a position: In a context of deep organizational transformation and the creation of a new BU, support for a newly promoted director. Issues of positioning, management of paradoxes, impact at the executive level

Change of posture: Support the director of the project team in charge of the implementation of a global HRIS. Challenges of moving from a super expert posture to a facilitator leader posture, strategies for influencing leaders

Operational coaching - 5 to 7 sessions of 1,5 hours 

Challenges: Address specific and operational issues, often related to projects or concrete situations.

Examples of objectives that can be addressed: 

Prepare a reorganization decision, 

Revisit its identity as a managerial role to gain in impact and better engage the team, 

Better manage your time and priorities...
