FEW EXAMPLES OF COACHINg:
DEEP coaching – 8 to 10 sessions of 2 hours
Challenges: Deepen skills, work on long-term goals, and enable a gradual and sustainable transformation.
Examples of objectives that can be addressed:
Support for taking up a position: In a context of deep organizational transformation and the creation of a new BU, support for a newly promoted director. Issues of positioning, management of paradoxes, impact at the executive level
Change of posture: Support the director of the project team in charge of the implementation of a global HRIS. Challenges of moving from a super expert posture to a facilitator leader posture, strategies for influencing leaders
Operational coaching - 5 to 7 sessions of 1,5 hours
Challenges: Address specific and operational issues, often related to projects or concrete situations.
